A 40 day commitment to daily contact with your essential self.

With the continuity and generosity of attention through mantra, kriya, meditative techniques, and self-reflection, these 40 Days will have a supportive and systematic feeling, offering some inspiration and nourishment as we move through the levels of building a nourishing home practice.

We make room for our creative currents as we attune and ride the changing rhythms and oscillating energy of Great Nature.

“Sadhana is not just in the temple and going through your rituals, it must transform you as an individual.”    ~ Anupama Garg

Meet Phoebe ✳ Your Guide on the Journey ✳

Energy Before Matter.

Phoebe is a yoga educator with 14 years of experience, currently based in the Walyalup/Fremantle, Western Australia.

Phoebe has studied with many luminaries over time, following pathways of classical Hatha yoga, creative and intuitive vinyasa, Sri Vidya Tantra, the work of Vanda Scaravelli, all intertwined with the science of Ayurveda. This depth in study has allowed for an ability to hold space for the more subtle elements of the practice, to become quieter so the student is able to listen and to tap into something much deeper within themselves.

Phoebe teaches yoga to the body and through the breath, for the mind, in order to touch the soul.

Course FAQ

  • Fantastic! This is perfect for you. Through the guidance and accountability of the membership, this will support you in learning how to gently build on the habit of practice. The practices are not complicated, and made for anyone to be able to do.

  • All you need is some paper and a pen and a spot to sit each day - whether you choose to sit on a cushion, on a comfortable chair or on the floor.

If you would like to do the optional yoga asana practices, you might like to have a yoga mat, though this isn't a necessity.

  • This is designed to fit into your morning (or evening if it works better), for no longer than 20 minutes each day.

Even if you have a regular yoga practice at a studio, or other movement routines, this can still be added in rather than replacing anything.

  • The membership is divided into 4 phases, 10 days each. This gives you time to settle into each of the practices, with the benefit of repetition. If you miss a day, you won't miss out on anything, rather you can pick up where you left off. There is enough room to move at your own pace.
